What you can expect from our team…
Estimate
A member of our team will collect all the information necessary to get you an estimate for your project. Once all the details have been provided, we will send you an estimate within 24 hours.
Upon reviewing the estimate, we invite any and all feedback. We don’t compromise on quality, but our team can provide options on how we can modify the project to fit your needs and budget. We also source tile nationwide. If you are in need of tile, just let us know and we will provide you with a turnkey estimate. Best part is, you will get our trade discount on tile!
Preview
Once we’ve provided an estimate, we offer free consultation appointments. We will meet you in person to discuss your project details and confirm measurements. We will then revise your estimate accordingly and you will have a chance to review the finalized quote to decide if our team is the right fit for you.
Scheduling
If you decide we are the team for you, perfect! We usually book about 2 - 3 weeks out, but we can work with your schedule to make sure the project is completed within your timeline. To secure your spot on our calendar, we request a deposit payment.
Installation
If we are sourcing your tile, we will take care of the ordering process, pick up and storage. We will deliver your tile and all materials to the job site on installation day. You won’t have to lift a finger!
All of our projects are assigned a dedicated project manager to guide you through the installation phase from start to finish. Your project manager will be there to answer any and all questions.
Once the installation is complete, our team will do a thorough walk through to make sure you are happy with the end result. Upon completion, our office will send a request for the remaining balance to be paid.
Wrap Up
Each installation and restoration comes with an 18 month warranty. We guarantee if anything happens within this time, we will go out and fix the problem. We are confident our installations and restorations will stand the test of time and we intend to prove it!
